Shipping & Local Meetup Policy

At YallaTCG, we take care in securely packing all orders to help ensure products arrive safely.

Shipping

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout to suit your needs. Any shipping timelines or delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers should allow additional business days for delivery in the event of carrier delays.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy release periods, pre-orders, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be longer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. YallaTCG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, service interruptions, or other issues outside our control. However, if there is a delivery issue, customers may contact us and we will do our best to assist.

For quality assurance purposes, YallaTCG may document orders and packaging prior to shipment.

Factory sealed products are shipped as received from authorized distributors. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap, seals, or outer packaging may occur during manufacturing or distribution and do not constitute shipping damage.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. YallaTCG is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Please note that YallaTCG is not responsible for any additional fees imposed after shipment, including but not limited to handling charges, taxes, import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges assessed by couriers, customs authorities, or governmental agencies. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges, and YallaTCG declares the full invoiced value on all international shipments.

If your package arrives with significant shipping damage affecting the product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents so we can review the issue.

Untracked Shipping

Untracked shipping may be available on select low-value items, such as certain singles. By selecting an untracked shipping option at checkout, the customer accepts the risks associated with this shipping method. Once an untracked order has been shipped, YallaTCG is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery. Untracked orders are not eligible for refund, replacement, or claim for non-delivery.

Local Meetup – Orléans, Ottawa

Local meetup is available in Orléans, Ottawa by prior arrangement only.

To choose local meetup, customers must select the Pick Up option at checkout instead of delivery.

All meetup orders must be placed and paid in full through the website before a meetup is scheduled. Cash payments are not accepted at meetup.

Once an order is ready, YallaTCG will contact the customer by email or phone to arrange a meetup time. YallaTCG reserves the right to confirm a mutually convenient meetup time and location before releasing the order.
