Refund / Final Sale Policy
At YallaTCG, all sales of sealed Pokémon TCG products are final.
Due to the collectible nature of sealed products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for booster packs, booster bundles, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, tins, or other sealed trading card products once an order has been placed, except where a pre-shipment cancellation is approved by YallaTCG at its sole discretion.
Factory-sealed products are shipped as received from authorized distributors. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap, seals, outer plastic, or retail packaging may occur during manufacturing, packing, or distribution and do not constitute damage or make an item eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
YallaTCG may document orders and packaging prior to shipment for quality assurance purposes.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
All sales of sealed Pokémon TCG products are final. However, if a customer requests to cancel an order before it has shipped, YallaTCG may approve the cancellation at its sole discretion.
Approved pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation and restocking fee. This fee helps cover payment processing, order handling, inventory relisting, administrative costs, and market volatility on collectible products.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If an order has already been processed, packed, labeled, shipped, or otherwise prepared for fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Sealed Pokémon TCG products contain randomly inserted cards. YallaTCG does not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, hit rates, or box contents beyond the manufacturer’s stated configuration. Customers open sealed products at their own risk, and opened products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange based on pack, box, or card outcomes.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• sealed products
• opened products
• minor cosmetic packaging imperfections
• change-of-mind purchases
• buyer’s remorse
• orders placed in error, unless a pre-shipment cancellation is approved by YallaTCG
If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives with significant shipping damage affecting the product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
If a return is authorized due to an incorrect item being sent, the product must be returned unopened, factory-sealed, and in the same condition as received, within the timeframe provided by YallaTCG. Return instructions will be provided once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Shipping carrier delays, minor shelf wear, and manufacturer or distributor packaging imperfections are not grounds for refund, return, or exchange.
