At YallaTCG, we take care in securely packing all orders to help ensure products arrive safely.
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs at checkout. Please note that economy shipping options may be untracked, and YallaTCG cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Any shipping timelines or delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers should allow a few additional business days for delivery in the event of carrier delays.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy release periods, pre-orders, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be longer.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. YallaTCG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, service interruptions, or other issues outside our control. However, if there is a delivery issue, customers may contact us and we will do our best to assist.
For quality assurance purposes, YallaTCG may document orders and packaging prior to shipment.
Factory sealed products are shipped as received from authorized distributors. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap, seals, or outer packaging may occur during manufacturing or distribution and do not constitute shipping damage.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. YallaTCG is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Please be aware that YallaTCG is not responsible for any additional fees imposed after shipment, including but not limited to handling charges, taxes, import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges assessed by couriers, customs authorities, or governmental agencies. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges, and YallaTCG declares the full invoiced value on all international shipments.
If your package arrives with significant shipping damage affecting the product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents so we can review the issue.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Orléans, Ottawa, by prior arrangement only.
All pickup orders must be placed and paid in full through the website before pickup is scheduled. No cash payments will be accepted at pickup.

Once your order is ready, pickup details will be confirmed by email. YallaTCG reserves the right to confirm a mutually convenient pickup time and location before release of the order.
