YallaTCG individually inspects singles and grades them based on their physical condition. Our condition guidelines are generally aligned with commonly used trading card industry standards, including TCGplayer.
Please note that card grading can involve some degree of judgment. Near Mint does not necessarily mean flawless, perfect, or professionally graded.
Near Mint (NM)
A Near Mint card may have a few minor imperfections, such as slight surface scratches, minor edgewear, small print lines, minor chipping, centering issues or other light manufacturing or handling imperfections.
Lightly Played (LP)
A Lightly Played card may show minor but noticeable imperfections, including surface scratches, edgewear, scuffing, minor smudges, small dings, or minor indentations on the surface, corners, or edges.
The card remains structurally sound but shows more wear than a Near Mint card.
Moderately Played (MP)
A Moderately Played card may show more significant wear, including noticeable scratches, edgewear, scuffing, moderate indentations, corner wear, minor bends, or creases.
The imperfections are more apparent than on a Lightly Played card, but the card remains intact.
Heavily Played (HP)
A Heavily Played card shows substantial wear and may have major scratches, significant edgewear, whitening, scuffing, creases, or other considerable imperfections.
The card remains intact and identifiable but shows significant signs of wear.
Damaged (DMG)
A Damaged card has significant damage beyond normal play wear. This may include excessive or severe creases, tears, splitting, writing, liquid damage, missing material, severe bends, or other damage affecting the card's physical integrity.
Additional Information
Condition grades refer to the physical condition of the card and are not an indication of professional grading potential.
Manufacturing variations such as print lines, minor factory imperfections, and centering may be present on otherwise Near Mint cards.
